So much BS ... these bogus charges and their perpetrators need to be prosecuted and punished.
"We are definitely going to arrest him now!"
they've been saying the same thing for 8 years now 😆 🤣 😂
I think you probably mean convict. He's been arrested twice already.
😆 🤣 😂
yeah sure
How do you not know this?
the process is Indictment>arrest>arraignment
This is from Trump's first arraignment in NYC https://www.usatoday.com/gcdn/presto/2023/04/04/USAT/1e584a54-5cee-4b54-bf89-90df5655c612-GTY_1479805952.jpg
what law did he break?
and to answer your question, the laws he's accused of breaking are included in the indictments.

The US code is not easy to read. But this is one of the charges from today https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1512
It boils down to obstruction of justice,
He's been indicted in NY and in FL.
Which means he's accused of breaking several laws. If the government can prove this to a jury, then he will be convicted.
But the way the process works is like this.
The prosecutor presents evidence to the grand jury. A prosecutor can't indictment someone by himself. If the grand jury thinks there's enough probable cause to suspect the person has committed a crime, they issue a "true bill." This means the person is indicted and an arrest warrant is issued.
The person is arrested, booked and appears before a judge for his arraignment and the person can enter a plea of guilty or not guilty, etc. Trump has already plead not guilty in NYC and in FLA. I suspect he will have to appear again for these new charges.
So Trump has been arrested, but due to his status as the former POTUS, they did not handcuff him and he did not have a mug shot taken. He was fingerprinted.
what law?
The laws are always listed at the beginning of the indictment
Translation - "Much much more disclosures expected against Biden, Obama etc"
Whatever! As long as he doesnt get charged in DC...i feel like theres no getting out of that if so....DC jury will convict a conservative just because they have the chance
The Jan 6 grand jury which appears close to a decision is in DC.
It's going to be a long summer.
What is this bullshit?
Presidential Records Act.
DJT declassified these documents.
Discovery is fun.
Two more weeks to slow the spread.
Read the superseding indictment here. 60 pages.
https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.648652/gov.uscourts.flsd.648652.85.0_2.pdf
I think there were 38 counts before. Count 39 starts at page 46.
This is a superseding indictment, so the 60 pages covers the stuff from the first indictment.
Takeaways, seems to relate to deleting security footage. "Trump Employee 4" is a direct witness in this case.
