Yes...I checked this and three capsules equals this amount...Tippens suggest a more bioavailable version...you have a blend of raw herb plus standardized extract divided by three capsules...and black pepper enhances the curcumin....it is an excellent supplement...I am glad it works well for you...check the protocol info to see what it does for cancer...
