Was she born in the US? If so she's a citizen, natural born def is currently born on us soil...

Then 2 parents from an "enemy" country could have a child on American soil who can be president. This is exactly what the founders sought to prevent. The 3 leg test to be a natural born citizen (which is only relevant to being President or VP) is:

born on the soil
mother was a citizen at birth of child
father was a citizen at birth of child
