What's wrong with eating at church? Didn't Jesus feed 5000?

I'm not saying there's not wrong things with churches, but I wonder if we're worshipping tradition vs Jesus sometimes.

Have volunteered to set tables for my local church's dine in events for the homeless/poor a couple years ago

30% of people did not return to churches after the Covid shut down.

I guess they realized they didn't need that entertainment in their lives so much after all.
