Nobody wants to pay taxes, that is something we can all get behind, especially if you have a business. I am in the process of forming a private memebership association, otherwise known as a PMA. Through a PMA you are essentially taking yourself out of the public, and away from corporate law/statutes/all that bullshit. For me, and i am no lawfag, but it seems to put you into common law. Private transactions are NOT TAXABLE . You dont need any of their licences. You can make and sell booze if you want to. Look into it. Join one. Start one. Listen to this podcast for more info than i can give you. This is how we fight back, peacefully.
God bless you good people.

Once people comprehend what has been done to them under the guise of "citizenship and personhood", they'll realize that the most patriotic thing to do is to opt out any way they can. We should be governing the governors, not the other way around.
"Mike Colomb and his wife did not like the lockdowns and COVID policies controlling and policing the engagement between small business owners and their customers, so they took advantage of a lesser-known business structure that operated in the private sector, called a Private Membership Association and opened a COVID policy free grocery story of their own called Renegade Ranch Provisions in Penn Valley, CA. Mike has also started an organization that teaches about PMAs, helps people form their own, and helps people find PMAs they can do business with."

I emailed Mike about setting one up, he really wants to help anyone interested.
That's fantastic.
It's legally a 501(c)7 "Social Club". "Social clubs are exempt from federal income tax under IRC 501(a) as organizations described in IRC 501(c)(7) if they are "organized for pleasure, recreation, and other nonprofitable purposes." They were originally granted exemption from federal income tax in the Revenue Act of 1916. Generally, social clubs are membership organizations primarily supported by dues, fees, charges or other funds paid by their members.
A Social club can include meals, events which require space, furnishings, transporations...as long as you are not established for profitable purposes even the tax man cares less.
"Charges" are what you pay for social club products and services.
Sounds like sovereign citizen phooey.
Sounds like ignorance.
Sounds like a pipe dream for people still under the impression that the constitution is being followed to the letter.
Why should anyone follow the constitution when you don't (presumably). Did you apply for a SSN or driver's license? If so, then you walked away from your God-given rights just like most of us did. The people pointing this out to us and offering solutions aren't the idiots, we are for ignoring them.
Yes, I've seen it all before. Come back and tell us how far you get.

Oh they will still try to sue you if you challenge the gangsters.
I'm so glad you didn't even listen to the podcast before you put your 2 cents in...
I was replying to the guy that called it phooey. I've heard Mike Colomb on another podcast before and love what he's doing.
I know you were I was talking to him too lol
It's literally in the constitution. The last time is was challenged was in the 1800s because they got their ass whipped.
That should tell you something.
You think that something in the constitution has stopped these people? ...
No... Thankfully they have yet to get our guns.
