State secrets also off the table. Cannot be invoked in a criminal case.

IIRC none of the other voting fraud cases were criminal (how could they be, they were all brought by candidates, not AGs).

This is the opportunity to present evidence without state secrets interference from the Obama/Clinton/Bush administrations.

What evidence?

Unfortunately the computer crashed and the backups were corrupted (the Lois Lerner gambit).
The phones of the investigative team were scrubbed (the Mueller gambit)

Go do a search and find out plenty of other times and ways the Government lost or failed to produce evidence.
