It'll be Trump presenting evidence for his defense, not the prosecution. As POTUS he'll have access to things we can only imagine.
Only a small sliver has been presented so far (in the Kari Lake case), and even then the judge limited it substantially.
Trump's case will be a criminal case with the foundational fact being that he knew the election was valid and somehow acted to thwart it. So the entire thrust of his defense will be spent debunking that in a criminal context.
It's the ideal setup for preventing all the evidence that has been held back thus far. The blank ballots being moved across state lines. The counting being halted. Poll workers being blocked or kicked out. Persons counting ballots multiple times after the counting had been halted. Markers being distributed instead of pens in red districts. Poll workers adjudicating those broken ballots en-masse in favor of Biden. All of Lindell's computer evidence can be in play now too.
Lastly, it being a criminal case means state secrets rights can't be asserted by prior administrations.
State secrets also off the table. Cannot be invoked in a criminal case.
IIRC none of the other voting fraud cases were criminal (how could they be, they were all brought by candidates, not AGs).
This is the opportunity to present evidence without state secrets interference from the Obama/Clinton/Bush administrations.
What evidence?
Go do a search and find out plenty of other times and ways the Government lost or failed to produce evidence.
"We have it all."

Space Force
Having it all and forcing the Department of Justice to actually do something with it are very different things.
Okay doomer. Why are you here?
If Trump didn't secure evidence when he left the White house he is an idiot and deserves to go to jail for not releasing evidence of the corruption.
He is not an idiot and so He must have the ability to strike back at the most impactful moment.
Why else is the swamp still so afraid of him and raiding Mar-A-Lago and trying to get him out of the presidental race if they were in control.
I suspect if the swamp was that afraid of him they would given him a more subtle version of the Kennedy treatment.
I thought they tried with giving him Covid and the times that he had to evacuate because of riots or e when he just disappeared for no stated reason.

You don't really think they're going to just let him roll into Court and prove this, do you?
You mean something to the effect of he tries to present evidence and the judge blocks him?
I wouldn't be shocked if that's what happens. 🤣
