This makes no difference. As a man, HE couldn't make the top 400 in the country. There were high school students that could beat HIM while He was in college. Penn is not a swimming powerhouse. Even swimming in women's competitions, real women like Katy Ladecky, Simone Manuel, Kate Douglas, and the Walsh sisters would leave that sick wannabe in their wake. Will Thomas could not make the US women's national team in any event.
