Dr Drew has had to keep his mouth shut most of his career to not lose it, which is very unfortunate, because he is a very intelligent and capable doctor.
Usually, it was only next to Adam Carolla, the unfiltered personality that he is, that Drew was emboldened to speak his mind on occasion, like when he endorsed Ron Paul for president on Adam’s podcast in 2012.
Drew has also mediated debates with Ben Shapiro on the trans issue, in order to, from my perspective, do as much as he can to fight the Left’s insanity while not making himself a target.
Actually, I really do like Dr Drew and had the opportunity to meet him twice. He was genuinely nice and extremely intelligent. I also used to listen to Adam Corolla religiously—had his book, saw him perform, drank Mangria, etc. What I don’t understand is how and why they are affiliated with Jimmy Kimmel who is most definitely not on our side. So, that is where my conflict lies.
