It most likely could be for him. Georgia has an election related indictment ready to roll once new information regarding Brandon and his foreign dealings is released.

I suspect that sometime next spring these latest indictments will be followed with a superceding indictment that includes the espionage act. Nothing he is indicted for now keeps him off the ballot. That does.
