The symbols decoding blog has been prolific lately.
Highly recommend the disinfo blog even for casual readers. Does a great job of highlighting the cabal's multi-level approach to capture and subvert a group, using specific examples from the Q movement. For example shows how Q quoted the Lord's Prayer from the Tyndale (English pre-KJV) Bible using it as a symbol of the Q movement, an example of truth breaking free to the masses and away from elite control, and then shows how the Pope responded by "updating the translation" which in turn represented Papal instructions to sponsored entities around the globe to engage and subvert the Q movement by interpreting and translating the drops away from truth. Which they did by claiming Q was psychic/AI/alien or just randomly tried to hijack the movement. Does the same thing with the Q clock, giving concrete examples of how it was an after-the-fact invention of subverted. It's straight-up Q research, quoting drops and more accessible to everyone than the abstract symbolism the author usually dives into.
Also has a really nifty flow-chart graphic in there on the disinfo campaigns work.

Separately has a good dig on Goldman Sachs, Rothschild and other topics. Those are in the usual long format, really for deep diggers, here:

So glad I never wasted any time trying to understand the q clock. Lizard people and flat earth are two more that make zero sense to me. As far as adrenochrome and sacrificing babies, q did send folks down the rabbit holes and the evidence found is pretty convincing. And there is art and pictures.
Yes, important to have discernment. Although the blogger is sincere, I still think adrenochrome is a real thing, but that it has disinfo agents along the way to something even deeper. Sleepydude went down that route quite a ways; you can find his stuff on GA by searching "monoatomic" or on his substack where he moved some months ago.
The decoding symbols blogger actually decoded lizard people. It is like pizza: code that is meant to hide something deeper. They are totally fake on one level, and real on another. What does "lizard people" hide? Turns out it's the scientific contingent of Operation Paperclip, the secret US operation to import Nazis into the US after WW2, specifically the Hungarian ones. It was inspired after Leo Szilard, a fellow who shares a number of Einstein's patents. But like other symbols it morphs over time like an inside joke and is used many ways based off the original team of Hungarian Nazi scientists.
Very interesting about origins of lizard people. That makes sense. Literal lizards don't. I do think its very good to know what q actually said.
have we ruled out Q being psychic, AI, or an alien?
I'm assuming Q is a small group, but I'm not ready to rule out the involvement of any of those 3 aspects
edit: he's also defending michelle obama as a woman. this is always an interesting blog, but i'm still not sure what to make of it.
Multi-dimensional
most things are multi dimensional. not sure where you're going here.

Well, in the case of the Pope changing the prayer, the blogger makes a solid case for it being the pope's reaction and counterattack to infiltrate and subvert Q, rather than anything else. After reading the blog, I'm convinced that Q was not predicting the change, but rather the change came as a result of Q's use of earlier examples of great awakening movements. More like a logical (and therefore somewhat predictable) forced response than control.
AI has a lot of definitions, and I'm certain Q has used some tools that would fall in that category. And I have had occasion to observe actual psychic phenomenon, so I don't ridicule or casually discard that possibility either. But like I said, the author makes their case solidly and logically against some specific disinfo campaigns. And knowing the methodology with examples helps avoid propaganda traps, so I think it's worth reading.
