Listen to Mikhaila Peterson's story. She has severe reactions to most foods except beef, and lamb. Her Father Jordan Peterson decided to follow her diet dropping all vegetables/carbs, and just eating meat, and had amazing results. You can hear him talk about it on a Joe Rogan podcast.
I heard about her story in 2019, and I proceeded to eat just beef, pork, chicken, eggs for about 6 months. It cured my body's inflammation, IBS, arthritis, and all joint pain. I got stronger than I ever was in my life, lost about 35 pounds, and I was lean af doing 15-20 pulls ups, and pushups like I Was 20 again.
I've since fallen off being strict on the diet thanks to covid, and I remain on a low carb, healthy fats, good quality meat diet.
I honestly wonder if it's the pesticides applied to non organic produce. Greedy corporations In a quest for profit spray their product and microwave it after they harvest it to kill off bacteria but alps some of the benefits.
Organic wouldn't have nearly as much pesticides, but is more expensive because more care has gone into them, along with certified gardening practices.
Nothing will beat growing it yourself.
I wonder that too. I agree, I don't think the vegetables themselves are inherently bad for people especially if they're homegrown. Even the supermarket vegetables listed as organic have "Organic" pesticides used on them.
Wheat is the real problem, it's in almost everything, and it's where most people are getting doses of Glyphosate in their bodies.
I don't have a problem eating organic, high quality fruits or vegetables, but if I start eating high amounts of anything made with wheat, I start getting sore joints, and general muscle weakness.
Yeah I like to think of flour as concentrated Wheat. Unless they wash out the pesticides then it's also concentrated pesticides in there too? Ive beenn calling it pesticide bread/pesticide pasta and its helping me to keep my distance from non-organic breads and pastas.
I often wonder about application of pesticides as somebody who as sprayed pesticides. They are nasty and one wrong interpretation of the label and you've got a poisonous product from over application. It's basic math but I'd see folks fuck it up all the time. How much of t1hat makes it way to a consumer? What if it was only one instance that it would take to damage you?
