This definitely falls into the "How awkward!" category.

I doubt that the bank will collapse (not a good outcome), although it will probably go into receivership as the primary officers are jailed. The shareholders will need to be summoned to a meeting to choose a new board of directors and CEO. It will be up to them to hold the fort with transparency and integrity.
