I just messed up...never typed it before in writing and apparently always assumed or thought I heard it was a "reigning endorsement". similar to when I sing songs with my own made up words, kek. assumed "reign" meaning rule or a ruling endorsement as in an authority...welp, I was wrong. not the 1st and won't be the last, I hope
