That dude was a loon, if you start talking to the feds about committing violence to them or the president you are 100% 5150 insane. Based on his Facebook posts the guy wasn't ever gonna go willingly.

The timing is controlled by the presidents visit. It doesn't even seem like a distraction but definitely an opportunity to smear propaganda about Trump supporters.
