Why is that symbol being used so readily everywhere? Could it possibly be misconstrued as something other than a sign for pedo’s? Or are we truly surrounded by that evil?

Or could "pedo" signs be over attributed to everything else and maybe different people ascribe different meanings to the same symbol.
