This question is a nonsense for me, so let me to explain:
“Would you buy a car if flower is yellow?” - similar question.
These are 2 completely unrelated things.
There is no point to link them together, as if one depend on another.
If CBDC is backed by gold - does it make any difference to us? It can still be blocked for wrong-thinking, even if it’s “backed by gold”.
A correct question is: “If your currency was MADE OF A PHYSICAL GOLD …” - that would make a difference to us when no chip is a thread anymore as no one can cancel our money in 1 second.
