I can only think of three that I would definitely want to see back.

Jim Jordan
Ron Johnson
I know there are more good ones than these three, but off the top of my head these are the best.
None of the congresscritters from my state, Texas, should be allowed to return.
The ones that have proven themselves to be patriots need to stay. If everybody is changed out, inevitably, we will still get stuck with some crooks among the newbies.
