I agree the looks are very similar and the voice and accent are also similar...but I am not sure they exactly match...it would surely be great if someone would do a voice match since the samples are available...what is interesting in the video is how she moves out of the spotlight...this lady looks like she is used to the spotlight and why would she move away from Clive...to tell you the truth...it could be and it could not be...I really don't know anymore...lots of intrigue...

Edit...I looked very carefully at Silver and there are a lot of facial differences even though they look generally similar...so half a dozen of one or the other...I wonder how tall Silver is compared to Joan?
