My read is that the whole AMC saga is about trying to take control of the company. I think the AMC - APE is a tug of war between the company and the wall street (read Cabal).

The whole lawsuit, I am willing to bet, is about the same thing. Hence, the class action is probably not organic but rather propped up by the elites - which is very typical of everything they do.

With the settlement that allows the conversion, it basically means the company is getting its way and will be able to regain control with whatever this plan of action was.

The reason why the wall street elites are selling AMC and moving to APE is because they want to get ahead of this conversion and wrestle back the control.

Obviously, all these are my speculations by trying to look at this situation with the lens of an Anon - applying what we have learnt about the ways of the Cabal over the last few years.
