Did the Army develop their own vax and was it safer than Big Pharma's?

I've been reading Devolution Article 15. The article says that the Army's vax is one single dose and it's good for all the SARS viruses past and present plus Covid and all it's variants. But the article doesn't tell me if the vax is any different than the killer vax.

This info was released as they were touting the omicron variant and the need for more boosters.

I always believed it was a white hat op to blow up the narrative.
