either the court agree with FDA current position - meaning: there was “never” a guidance NOT to prescribe IVM => your license was revoked for no reason => you win the case and have your license back,
or the court disagree, confirming that there was such a guidance earlier, effectively calling FDA liars now and proving they’ve changed their mind and they were wrong for years, meaning: they’ve finally agreed with you => you win the case and you have your license back.
