Why is NOT the insurance companies paying for the rebuilding? How come my tax dollars are being used to rebuild a private home? I say for the homeowners to force their insurance companies to pay the rebuilding costs and if they say no, then take them to court and either force them to pay or bankrupt them into oblivion.
