I think he just assumes there are fewer Soros picked DA's in those jurisdictions. The boomerang will happen. I can't wait!

You may be right. The DA's that are communist seem to be concentrated in blue areas........ for now...... remember Pence. I, too, can't wait for the coming boomerang......
