I don't know the term for it, but there is a provision in The Constitution that allows our federal government to .. um .. 'repatriate' land that was purchased by a foreign country or foreign citizens. Essentially it's like eminent domain. So I'm not to worried about what they already own, as long as we have a government with the will to do what is needed.
