It is very hard losing them, they are family. We hardly ever go anywhere for more than a few hours (like over 4 hrs) because we don’t want to leave them too long by themselves, lol. It’s been a long time since we’ve been on vacation because we will not board them ever, heck we even won’t leave them at the vets office. If a family or close friend can’t stay with them while we are gone, we don’t go anywhere.
