Himalayan salt products are sketchy. If they had accurate representation of how they're typically sourced, it should be called Pakistani roadside gravely dirt salt.
sea salt has also been tested to have heavy metals...its the world we live in unfortunately. i think the salt i get is from Nepal...but its still better than the table/iodized/bleached salt most people use
i want to try Celtic, but i cant find it. you get it online or in a store?
various stores have it like Whole Foods and expensive organic hippie markets, but we also get it in bulk from Azure Standard (check online for local drop off sites)
Heavy metals are less of an issue if you are maintaining robust melanin production and renovation. Melanin is the least known "antioxidant" in the human body, not just on the skin but in the brain and various other tissues all over.

i know, regular get sun, eat foods with d3 and supplement about half the year.
there is a hippie market in my town, they are not that bad tbh i might try it friday. thanks
