User FondueFerret made a very interesting post here about "federal corporation" how its used in the law. Read that first.
It made do a search on Federal Corporation and I found this which is useful.
It's a report from the Congressional Research Service. It's like Congress's legal analyst. Let's say you ran for Congress and won, and you see reference to a previous law, the CRS is where you find information about what that law actually does and says.
CRS works exclusively for the United States Congress, providing policy and legal analysis to committees and Members of both the House and Senate, regardless of party affiliation. CRS is well known for analysis that is authoritative, confidential, objective, and non-partisan. Its highest priority is to ensure that Congress has 24/7 access to the nation’s best thinking.
In 2011 the CRS was ask to explain Federal Government Corporations and they issued this report.
I am working with the assumption that The Plan is to dissolve all of the Federal Corporations and return their assets to We The People.(I'm not a US Citizen so I won't benefit directly) The New American Republic will be established with all new Institutions that operate as Public Servants and not as Robber Barrons.

The unincorporated ruling government of 'we the people' was driven out by shady foreign contractors formed as a federal corporation under the guise of the so called 'civil war' in the 1860s.
That ruling government has not been re-built, but, it still exists today in 'we the people' as established by our founding documents.
The State Assemblies are established. This is the unincorporated government that was overthrow in the 1860's.
It is the 'people in charge'. By following the laws established in our original constitution, we will return to ruling over the corporate governance.
Claim your status as an American, join your State Assembly, and participate in the re-establishment of our lawful government
Your Government is supposed to be staffed by you!
It cannot be repeated too often that the Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals — that it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government — that it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizens’ protection against the government.
Ayn Rand “Man’s Rights“ 1963
I'm sorry are you saying we didn't have a Civil War?
If we understand our history for what it clearly is, then we know for sure that our States never fought in the American Civil War. The so-called Civil War was fought by States of States instead, and that makes it a Mercenary Conflict, not a War, which is consistent with everything else we have discovered among the missing parts.
Circular reasoning.
So, the corp makes a corp. So what? It does not address the elephant in the room. Just as much as no heed is given to the quality of amendments ratification by the states.
Why? Because, otherwise the gig is up.
Like a municipal corporation, but with armies
