They have a DEW facility on Maui. The ‘from space’ is bs, probably. From ground to satellite back to ground; or from aircraft are possible. So are powerlines hitting the ground.
Winds were very strange. On shore to off shore towards the hurricane that missed the main island.
Actual footage of the Direct Energy Weapon used in Lahaina fire on Maui -Watch for the pulse flashes - They have a trajectory from the air to the ground.https://www.bitchute.com/video/1XjoTTM0zOCa
There is nothing wrong with DEWs from space. If you can get the stuff up there, it's easier to do from space than from the ground.
That the tech exists is not controversial. It's actually really easy. All you need are some solar panels, a battery to store energy, and a laser of the frequency of your choice. There is NOTHING about the technology aspect of DEWs that is "science fiction." It's actually super easy. Barely an inconvenience.
All that stuff weighs a fair chunk of change, so getting it up there is non-trivial, but that is the only "stretch" in this scenario.
Having said that, this particular picture looks like purposeful fuckery, designed to make the "space laser" crowd look like idiots (when in fact it was likely space lasers). AKA This is COINTELPRO AKA the artwork of an agent provocateur.
If you focus a high intensity laser on one spot in front of a hurricane. You could control its path by making it follow the low pressure the laser would cause in the atmosphere… is like making a vacuum for the hurricane to follow.
