I have MS and very bad balance,, my neurologist wanted me to take PT … welp that guy was a scrote… he wold not teach me how to fall(buck a pop BTW) then I called a Kung Fu master… 20 bucks a pop… and he taught me how to fall with out getting hurt… Master Lee taught me way more than the know it all scrote..

Yes but the body always OVERDOES inflammation though. Here's why:
It can't tell the skin wasn't opened.
So it floods the area with microbe-killing cells just in case. Also substances that increase fluids to the area to wash away the microbes that AREN'T THERE because the skin wasn't broken. Had it been, the fluids could escape.
So, reducing swelling, pain and stiffness using RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation) during PT means a joint can get its full range of motion sooner, and quality of life can improve sooner too!
Really! I did not know this. So the body is half-retarded kek.
Makes me feel a bit bad for giving the PT a hard time now :/
