VOTING is easy! Simply Call Alliance Advisors at 1-877-728-4996!! All you need is your name and zip code and you can place your vote. Ignore the tender offer from your broker but DON'T ignore the vote. Make sure you vote "FOR" on both proposals!
I hold my DWAC in my WEBULL account, Alliance can’t find me FYI.
Others are having similar problems. But keep calling Alliance and WEBULL and make sure you get your vote in!

The current deadline to complete the merger is September 2023. The vote for extension will extend it to September 2024 (1 year extension).
The original vote scheduled for today was to announce whether or not we had enough votes 65% to extend to September 2024. It is assumed we do not as they are going to continue until the official deadline to try and raise the votes.
Many brokers havent reported yet. They hold the votes until last minute. So it was a possible strategic play to have multiple rounds of voting as it forces brokers to report how people voted to ensure we get all the numbers correct by the deadline.
YES you can extend the deadline a few times if you don't have enough votes. We obviously DON'T have enough votes yet. That is why we need EVERY DWAC shareholder to vote so we can get this needed time to complete the merger.
