Your sons are teenagers. If you haven't taught them by that age to respect their elders, listen to their teachers and get along with others, you have failed them. If you need to physically stand there to stop them from fighting, you have failed them. You aren't teaching them anything. You're just helping the pressure to build. They will work around this problem and simply fight elsewhere.
