So will I have to keep paying on mine If they blow up?
Only if JPMorgan can afford to buy them out.....
Not financial advice.
I really want to declare bankruptcy. I have $40k in debt left over from a divorce, no house, excellent credit, no assets to take and I'm a single parent and it's hard to find a job that works around my schedule.
Idk if that'd be smart or not. I can cover it week to week but have nothing left over after doing so
I have no idea. But keep searching some of these jobs are still work at home.
Go a step further, legally acquire as many credit cards as you can.
Max them all out, blow it on coke if necessary.
Legally default on all payments, including the 40k. Watch and learn how over-stressed debt collectors are these days.
Screw the banks.
Max out on gold and silver. Profit
Do you get sued? What happens?
As long as u tried to pay at least minimum payment for 5yrs and depend and still having difficulty then it is time to file bankruptcy. And best to be your own lawyer.
Because for my case when I check w lawyer and he said he charge $100k and no guarantee of winning so better on your own…
How long since you did it? Any complications?
