Totally. Could just be a rare occurrence. But the skeptic in me says its a counter move. Fight fire with water. HI is tropical, damp and not prone to fires yet its set ablaze? While SoCal and AZ are hot and dry, prone to fires, so lets flood them. Just seems overtly sus
