The use of the Guy Fawkes fallguy mask by Anonymous Inc. is an attempt to humiliate while co-opting the image and meme.

Percy and others were the perps and Percy's family name was changed to Pearce from whence came Barbara Pearce Bush, not that Barbara had Pearce DNA, she was Crowley's moonchild.
