got any added details? many aren't on Truth. I thought this case was disposed of, but glad to be wrong if it still lives!

Still lives. There are 3 different cases. Hard to keep up on all the swirl. My understanding is it was disposed but was challenged and resubmitted and accepted for hearing. Next date for hearing is Sept 26th.
