A real headscratcher .....
It reminds me that every vessel must have a flag, lest it be a pirate vessel.
However, UN treaty dictates to States to never allow the people to become STATE-LESS, so without a flag. Hence, they need to be listed. (That is also in the UN treaty ICCPR). They way you get listed usually is under duress within 3 days of your birth.

You can make your own, fren. Just edit one of the existing flairs. Select a flair, then go to the bottom of the pop-up box and change it.
