This is what the directions on the durvet paste according to the chewy website:
One syringe contains sufficient paste to treat one 1250 lb horse at the recommended dose rate of 91 mcg ivermectin per lb (200 mcg/kg) body weight. Each weight marking on the syringe plunger delivers enough paste to treat 250 lb body weight.
Here's some links about dosage, some are a bit confusing to me, I'm under 250 lbs, so the one time I was sick (a few yrs ago) I just do a notch (or a little under) and took it. It helped me a lot. Once in awhile I either do a little bit of the paste or take one of the low dose pills I ordered online just to take. Kind of to ward off anything, especially if I'm around anyone that was sick. Knock on wood .. I haven't been sick since beginning of 2021, no colds or flu, nothing.
