one of the things that helps devs/site admins fix a problem is to get as much info as possible. the more users submit bug reports, etc, to a point, the easier it is to narrow it down and identify that problem.

Think of it like if you designed a car, but it had a major flaw. the more drivers who could describe the problem, the better of an idea you'd have of what the actual problem is, and how to fix it.
