Question for any who can/will answer:

How did Baum know to make the Tinman(tax identification number) 9yrs prior to the 16th amendment and the illegal institution of the Fed? Was he another insider who 'knew', and decided to tell the populace through code? Some of the video could fit, some of the rest I am not so sure about.

He didn't. The video is cool and some of it could fit, but overall it is wishful thinking or confirmation bias.
