75% not complying is high in the sky hpoium. I think one of the reasons for the masks was to train us that we can be ok if we comply. Regardless of how we think.
A certain amount of people are sheep. They always will be. It will take a big event for the sheep to follow those who don't comply. They will always follow someone. And being sheep, you can't trust them, they must always be herded.
