Right? What employees are they referring to?
Cleaning staff, Office staff(Accountants, Marketing etc), Security Staff, Fx, animators when applicable, and of late, AI experts if current hiring trends from companies like Netflix is any indication.
There’s more to the studios then the writers and actors. And many of those people who don’t fall under either category are able to work without either group present.
I thought the SAG/AFTRA employees were more than just the actors
They work to cultivate the image they are. For the most part though. They largely represent the actors and Writers.
