Here is some insight into Dr Jan Halper recorded early in 2021. Halper has a doctorate in organizational psychology and was mentored by Dr Carl Rogers - a founder of humanist person centered psychotherapy.

I have not made up my mind about her and frankly I am not sure where she gets her information. I do not believe she is part of any structure that would necessarily give her an inside tract on sensitive info. Therefore, I have to conclude that the opinions she espouses are just that - her opinions which she deeply believes. Keep in mind, she has a career in using her expertise in psychology to develop marketing and branding strategies.
She isn't a doctor, not a medical one but she does have a PHD... So its quite legal for her and others to insinuate she is a medical practitioner when she isn't.
It is appropriate to address someone as Dr when they have a PhD. It does not have to be a medical degree. Nowhere have I heard any impression trying to pass her off as a medical doctor.
Not really. You cannot assume that when someone is addressed as Dr that they are in medicine. That title is appropriate for anyone that has earned a doctorate - no matter what academic genre their degree covers. For example, theologians with a doctorate are addressed as Dr, as well as anyone else that has earned that title. The assumption that being addressed in that manner automatically means medicine is the fault of the person making the assumption.
I have taken some time to dig into her background. She is not working for the government per se. She has done some consulting work, which she is very dodgy about giving any specifics - probably due to NDAs. What has me concerned is that her background, mostly in non governmental venues, specifically qualifies her to take the pulse of people's psychology - a perfect asset when developing psyops. Her sudden appearance on the scene, partly being driven by some of the Nino group and originating across the pond is concerning. Although, I do believe she is being honest in what she is saying as to what she believes to be true. But, as I already stated, what she expresses seems entirely her opinion and not the relaying of some inside knowledge. We need to tread lightly with this one and take what she says with a huge grain of salt. Psyops to derail Patriots is afoot.

I know, but the mention that she is a psychologist does give the impression that she is a medic.

The word "psychologist" is the signifer
A PhD in psychology is still a doctorate degree. Psychology has Bachelorette, Masters, and Doctorate level degrees. So what is your point?
What is yours? If you look at my original post on this thread you will see that I accept that it's a doctorate degree.
She says that she has a political psychology certificate from the Stanford Institute.

My concern is that she claims to be working for the government! Usually not a good sign.
