At that level, it means that a third of the nation watched Trump's interview in preference to the GOP candidate debate. It suggests that the other candidates are NOT where the action is. They are an irrelevant sideshow. Does anyone know their viewing numbers?
It would be interesting to consider how this might reflect on the ratio between MAGA and RINO in the GOP, but I don't now how to stretch the analysis.
It sure means to me that the MAGA people need to hitch their britches and "pull up their socks" (as they say in Zambia) and get intrusively involved in the GOP campaign, to be a watchful presence and, preferably, an indispensable one. The time of carping needs to end, and the time of displacement to begin.
