In our lifetimes the President was considered "untouchable". One of the intentions of this plan is to reduce the office of President to the public SERVANT status that it was intended.
If the President of a country can be held accountable, then we're all equals and we're all free.
But in order for that to happen, the office needs to be held accountable. This is the beginning of that accountability.
