This video is of an already secure location above the Capital visitors center. There are 3 gates to get thru to get where you see the vehicles.

You may be right. Obama normally has only one extra vechicle. The vechicle he is in and a secret service vechicle.

I am trying to find ANY motorcade for Obama after he left office and I am not finding anything. Why the hell is that if a former president gets a motorcade like President Trump has?
