Or, the WHs, using Christopher Miller, convinced Pence that he was 'part of the WH ops team', even though Pence was playing double agent. Why else would Christopher Miller, a seasoned veteran, let loose the comment about 'most complex military,, etc.'. That seems like a premeditated 'off the cuff' slip that a seasoned guy wouldn't make.
