Not around here Trump doesn't. We understand the purpose of Operation Warp Speed. It outted the perpetrators. Trump signed an Executive Order prior to Operation Warp Speed to allow people to try alternative prophylactics and other treatments. Fauci and the DS disobeyed this order and disallowed it,
