Biden alcohol czar says US may follow Canada, limit beers to two a week: 'what a joke'

National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Director George Koob said the U.S. may follow Canada in recommending Americans limit alcohol consumption to two drinks per week from two per day.

Willingly taking in massive amounts of a neurotoxin, carcinogen, regularly, sometimes everyday is retarded
