Hmm.. Interesting. I thought it could be the other way around (millions of people)... I don't know shit about indictments. Only know about this number.

Gotta think. How many of these bad guys will have ONLY one indictment? If it were US, that number would be higher. I think it's thousands of bad guys, with a large number of indictments each.
